1. Services Provided

VaidyaSathi acts as a digital intermediary platform connecting patients with healthcare providers (Doctors). We facilitate appointment bookings and digital payments across multiple districts and states. We do not provide direct medical advice or emergency services.

2. User Registration & Security

• Doctors must provide valid medical registration details during signup.
• Users (Patients) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their booking details and mobile verification.
• Any unauthorized use of a doctor's account must be reported immediately to the admin.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments made through our integrated gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, PayU) are subject to the following:

• Consultation fees are set by the respective doctors/chambers.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to the doctor's specific cancellation policy and the processing time of the respective payment gateway.
• VaidyaSathi is not liable for transaction failures caused by bank server issues.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics of this portal are owned by or licensed to us. The technical framework and data management systems are developed and managed by Zero Web Solution. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

VaidyaSathi and its developers, Zero Web Solution, shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes or disputes between the doctor and the patient. We provide the technology to connect; the medical service is a contract between the provider and the seeker.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
